Stratera Technologies, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the ACROWizard add-in for Microsoft Word.

Document Content: ACROWizard processes your open Word document to find and define acronyms. Your document content is not transmitted to our servers or stored by us, unless you explicitly request support and agree to share content.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized analytics (e.g., feature usage, error logs) to improve our product. This data does not include document content or any personally identifiable information.
Payment Information: Purchases and subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

ACROWizard does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users by default. All processing of your Word documents is performed locally on your device within Microsoft Office. No personal or document data is sent to Stratera Technologies, Inc., unless you provide it directly to our support team.

To deliver the ACROWizard service and its features.
To respond to your requests for support or feedback.
To process payments and manage licensing via Stripe.

If you use the ACROWizard add-in only within Microsoft Word, and do not contact support, we do not have access to your personal information or document content. If you contact us for support and provide information, you may request deletion of that correspondence at any time.

ACROWizard is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
